We got six new mods, including me. All oldtimers. Smith is a standout to a lot of people, reasonably so. Don't want to put pressure on him, but he really is just one of our nicest members, and is recognized as such by many. Not sure how active he'll be, but it's nice to have him on the team.

As to Dom, sadly, he had some undisclosed family issues, which is why he was even less active than usual, and has now appointed new mods.
It's a little unclear the full org tree, but he seems to be stepping back in effect.
I'm biased, but I think the new mod team is looking solid, and everyone seems energetic but reserved.
