But Britain made the strategic policy decision to bomb civilian targets before Germany ordered any bombings on British civilians.
Your initial statements are massive misrepresentations, is the point. Saying "Nazi scum had been bombing British cities for years" leaves out that it was the British that started that strategy. And "part of the strategy of Bomber Command to avenge the Blitz" leaves out that the Blitz was itself a retaliation against the intentionally provocative attack on Berlin by the British.
