It's been a known problem for a few years. The high end houses were the first houses that no one could afford to buy. Which had newspapers writing articles. Basically, if you own something of value that no one can afford to buy, do you own anything of value?

The problem is airbnb's helped caused this problem, so a whole lot of people think this is just an airbnb problem.
