I saw an OP post the article again recently and commented on how they showed it to their Mum who basically processed it, said some gibberish and went back to her preconceived ideology which dictates her frame of the world, and how she parses events.
So OP from that thread, you're mum's in a hyperreality and can't hear you.

Is it a hyper reality or more so not wanting to acknowledge that they may have permanently destroyed the most powerful countries on earth and screwed their own descendants because of their own hedonistic desires?
