But if you're going to intentionally make yourself look like you just got caught in a windstorm, and spent the night sleeping in a ditch, you can't pull that look off.

There are 3 people on the earth that can, with a tie at 3rd place. Tim Burton, Johnny Depp and Gary Busey/Nick Nolte. That's it. Everyone else is gonna look like shit. And I know the pic was a bad angle/screengrab pic to begin with ... but she intentionally made herself look that way. Even better angles still made her look bad.
