It was so stupid in the second movie that they clarified 'Oh, humans are coming here because Earth is dying'. Had they kept it vague or made it seem like it was motivated by corporate greed and nothing more, then I would have had a least a little sympathy for the Na'vi. But when they made it a choice between blue space people or the survival of my species, of COURSE I'm going to side with the humans in every situation, no matter how badly they behave. In such a circumstance, ANY sacrifice would be necessary to continue the existance of humanity, up to and including wiping out the Na'vi.
