And, no, before anyone thinks this is my point, I'm not saying "THE JEWS," or anything. Zionism clearly plays a part, but that's not my question here.
I mean, literally, why?
Trump, and the people around him, are at the very least somewhat competent. This shit is absurd, though, so it must also be intentional. It's likely it is at least something of an op. I don't think it's coincidental that the most populist president in ages betrays us like this. This is a message, right? Am I crazy?
Is the whole thing demoralization? To what end? Do the people pulling the strings really want a boogaloo? I just don't see the endgame here. Why is the Empire committing suicide?
We're very recently into this fresh phase of the weirdness, so people might not have answers yet, since it's still unfolding, but what are some theories? Because there are only a few potentials; either Trump went full retard and no one around can reign him back in (right after a presidency most known for them all but literally reigning Sleepy Joe in), or the people actually pulling the strings want this. But, again, why? If it's Israel, they want a compliant America; I don't really see how an America in flames, hopeless, and angry at them plays into their hands.
Did some other interests get a foot in the door? Am I overthinking this whole thing? I just can't really figure out the angle for why things are happening like they are, and it's sort of pissing me off. I usually at least have a theory, but I haven't yet find a good reason for this succession of seeming betrayals from Trump.
Who benefits? Perhaps someone else is waiting in the wings, as has been done in the past. Is this a color revolution against us for once, are we about to see the communists rising up, or something? That just occurred to me, but the intentional destabilization makes more sense if the string-pullers have another faction controlled and ready to go. Could this whole thing be an attack on rightwing populism, to try to replace it with leftwing populism, or corrupted rightwing populism?
The internet is an interesting place. Yeah, we've had people coming in, including bad actors. No doubt. I even noticed some people who haven't posted in ages swarming my own post here, and I definitely found that interesting. I don't know if it's bad faith subversives, or just people checking back in because they're currently feeling ENGAGED (I know I spend the most time over on T_D when I'm pissed off, and that could look subversive), but it stuck out to me. So, I agree, there's at least potential fuckery afoot.
But, and you of course don't have to take me at my word...I've been here longer than 99% of people. I'm from back on Reddit, even. Half-KiA, not even KiA2. I predate this whole domain; I'm OG OG. You can take me at my word or not, but I am operating in good faith. I'm just outlining my feeling on the issuer, not trying to run an op. Others here might be running with that energy for other ends, but I assure you I'm just saying what I think.
Also, when it comes to people hating on Trump and the Jews, as you say, I think there are some good reasons for some of those feelings. I don't advocate Jew hatred, personally, but I am absolutely anti-Zionist and against what the country of Israel is doing. America needs to break from Israel, because we can't actually be America First until we do that. Sorry, not sorry.
This has become one of the biggest issues of the day, because people are fed up with it all. Israel has taken advantage of us, and Trump has failed us on too much. People are right to be pissed off. Which, again, is not to say that there aren't bad faith actors trying to use that energy to their own ends. But Israel has not been our friend, the Zionists have too much power, and Trump is not serving American interests. Simple as.
EDIT: Context, since he deleted it for some reason. TLDR = Dude needs to go back to half-KiA.
Not sure where/when you're from, but KiA2 (both on Reddit and then eventually here) was a direct offshoot precisely because we were being censored, and the original sub was overtaken by censorship and bowing down to the cultural norm at the time. KiA2 was a reaction to being told we couldn't talk about the surrounding cultural issues, and should just focus on video games and entertainment. So, not "KiA is about video games" doesn't carry much weight as an argument around these parts.
I think you had some typos there, so I don't get the full meaning. But this is not a video games/entertainment forum. This is a cultural war forum, with a vidya/entertainment/nerd/GamerGate bent. We were never apolitical.
