How many people are in that discord? If its thousands of people big surprise that 30 were in it and got canned.
Also they're probably under NDA. I wouldn't be too shocked if the FBI were monitoring one or more members due to a pedo/grooming investigation and got all their communications then leaked to Rockstar about discussing stuff covered by the nda in a non-secure non-company app... in a discord for union organization, so probably including employees from direct competitors. The FBI involvement is some tinfoil hat shit, but the simple NDA breech with competitors seems like gross musconduct, which is what they characterized the firings as.
If it was NDA it would be in the papers to scare everyone else in the industry into following the NDA properly. The FBI could very well have been in the Discord ,( why is anyone using that shit?!) but the FBI isn't telling a company anything during an investigation.
