There is a collapse of workers, most are immigrants because our wages are slightly higher than overseas, we can poach people still. But quality is akin to prison healthcare if not worse, and the patients are sicker and older and dumber. Tbh, no hate but 99% of my patients are like you, you live in a state of sickness and obesity, ignoring the stuff which can resolve your health problems, which you know is taxing your health, because you're indifferent to it until it's a crisis. Every work day i waste my time trying to get the horse to drink water, and maybe 1 in 10 patients is doing the work within their own lives to improve their health.
And then you go to these overburdened public healthcare services, which go about as well as welfare state socialism can be expected, and expect to get treated. Wake up bro, wake up everyone, and deal with your own health because I guarantee that 99% of medical people are too busy, too underpaid, too foreign, too lazy, too stupid, too jaded, and any combination above to fix your problems.
