Yeah, while there is legally nothing we can do about people who do crap like this in non-public private indoor areas if explicitly authorized by the property owner as enforcing a ban is going to get called a tyrannical waste of police resources whether we like it or not, we should throw people in jail and register them if they do shit like that in public.
