I doubt they give really up on flooding japan. They still take a lot of indians in. They will probably just lay low until they have their censorship worldwide ID network running. Then just start banning people from most of the internet.
this only happens because governments are all to happy to ignore their constituents. Atleast the nips are aware of what's happening in europe, though sanseito isn't exactly gonna fix anything either
