Despite what our childhood indoctrination told us, violence and the threat of violence are the only real and final solution to all social problems. No one can be replaced without being forced to, meaning you need force. Having force == implied violence.
But on this level it has to be directed and organized violence. Direction and organization aren't actually crowd-sourced natural phenomena, they require massive resources, especially when the system is working so hard to prevent such organization.
Basically, a sizable group of elites, the top 0.1%+ in terms of money and power, need to start spending resources against the system. I just don't think that's happening. They are fine with things the way they are
Ultimately it's the responsibility of the armed forces. If a government and country has been infiltrated by enemies foreign and domestic, the military is obligated to step in and end it. We're already seeing it happen in the US with the National Guard being deployed everywhere.
Military coups are incredibly difficult to pull off in modern western systems by design. The military is built to follow orders and all the top orders come from civilian deep-state bureaucrats
