He was flown back because he was extradited from California. There was a fuckup, yes, but it was in the first responders letting him walk away from the crash, not in bringing him back. I would even go so far as to say it’s good to grandstand on this. I want the optics to be “we will make a spectacle out of hauling your ass to face punishment.”
