It used to be done as a joke, though. You'd have a fat, ugly dude show up dressed like Faye Valentine or something, everyone would have a good laugh, then he'd change back into men's clothes and go home. Now you have gaggles of faggots taking it seriously and expecting everyone else to take them seriously.
