Actually, if you can't afford medical care then it's your parents who sacrificed you by having you when it wasn't within their means to, not society for not providing care to you. Providing healthcare to everyone regardless of the resources they have access to is a way to enslave your whole population and thus everyone becomes sacrificed to prop the system up.
