I'd add a clause that says that all individuals involved in the strip searching and forced showering should be sentenced to having all four of their limbs, the eyes and the vocal cords surgically removed, then the wounds cauterized shut with a welder and pumped with a specific type of antibiotics to create an internal infection of antibiotic-resistant germs for a long, painful sentence.
