I haven't played any of them (really), but HuniePop is generally well regarded, and House Party is pretty big too.

House Party for free is actually a dang good deal. Just looked it up, historical best was $5...like seven years ago.

HuniePop is pretty unique. It was one of the west's only solid nsfw GAMES before the troon madness ruined everyone.
