Look, maybe he’s less obnoxious about it than people who say it in every video. And a cursory glance at his website and YouTube makes it look like he has a good volume of content (although I can’t speak either way as to the overall quality). I don’t begrudge him having some donation links up—if he’s putting in work and people like his work, then by all means let him get some money. But to indignantly go “he hasn’t asked for one dime” isn’t exactly correct.
