Combination of traitorous business owners who would rather pay a jeet half the salary they'd have to pay a Croat, with entering the corrupted EU allowing you free travel between member countries causing a huge labor vacuum by having mass of skilled workers and even just laborers leaving for mostly Holland and Germany.
