Surgical mask and sunglasses/those weirdly tinted glasses, pretend your a Covid nut.
I was going to say "hat with a bunch of high power infrared LEDs", but that works, too.
Regular sunglasses won't work on higher quality cameras, but laser safety glasses will. You might also want a more rigid mask like a carpentry dust mask to better obscure the shape of your face.
