We banned Israel from even being able to see our site years ago, and it dropped the volume of CP spam we were fighting by nearly 90 percent. Also when ~10,000 4chan refugees came by after the hack and stayed for a couple weeks there was no blacked spam or demotivation posting. The users kept talking about how amazing it was, and several thousand of them stayed after 4chan came back up.
