It is a movie about just going out into the streets of New York at night and shooting black men

I'd say that's a massive mischaracterization, but that's kind of beside the point, as I just want an excuse to drop my favorite scene from the movie:

"Racial equality among muggers" scene, holy shit. One of those 'you couldn't get away with that nowadays' things. Also, what they call Hate Facts.
