Apparently the defamation suit was focused on Karl's allegations that Billy caused ApolloLegend to commit suicide, not the cheating claims as Karl had been reporting. Being tried in an Australian court for defamation, he really had no chance.
Sources (KF) are saying that the lawsuit was never about the cheating allegations, and was about the ApolloLegend comment the entire time. So Karl seems to have lied in most of his reporting about the case.
Any time there's a lawsuit or arrest where you see different leftists all start doing the same "wow, we're literally arresting people for this now?" schtick, 100% of them are lying about it and most of them know they're lying. It's similar to when they do the Innocence Project thing and they start talking about some poor guy who got arrested for smoking weed and leave out the multiple assault/gun felonies.
