Yeah, looks to me like he just posted video that was going around.

At a minimum the local stations would send a camera team for a report.

It was apparently a "surprise," so I wouldn't be surprised if the news didn't have original footage, but someone should have been able to source multiple different captures of this supposed event, yeah.
