Does it matter if Pierre Poilievre costs the conservative party the election? They still want to keep immigration the same way as all the other parties do. They still have the same economic policies as all the other parties do. They state they were against lockdowns and other curbing of freedoms that the liberal government did but they didn't do much or anything at all until after sentiment turned against lockdown policies. We are stuck in a deadlock between three parties all of which are fundamentally the same but offer different platitudes.
As for annexed Canada, no amount of economic policies is going to change the fact that Canada has had too many years of corruption and too few years growing any industry that might have made Canada a powerful country. We cannot fight and win against thousands of tanks with our 72. Or fight thousands of aircraft with our hundreds. Nor can we counter aircraft carriers, rocket artillery or even regular self-propelled artillery with our own because we don't have any.
