I want all the people who had FaceBook, Twitter, and Yotube accounts banned or censored over the Hunter Biden laptop story to comment, as well as all the people who were banned or censored over COVID origins, COVID vaccine efficacy, and COVID vaccine safety.
And this is just for starters. Then we can get into the trans cult, 2020 election doubters, and everything surrounding the BLM summer of love in 2020.
Most egregious is you getting banned from subreddits before you even visit them because they ban people who use certain subreddits.
Pretty sure lotta subreddits banned people, who didnt break any rules or even visited or posted anything, all because they posted or likes a post on thedonald.
On one antivaccine subreddit years ago, someone who was provaccine posted "Is this a parody sub or are you people serious?", and he instantly got banned from dozens of subreddits, because reddit autoban doesnt care what you posted, only where you post it. Ironically, that made him so angry that he decided to spend more time on that antivaccine subreddit and finally became an antivaxxer himself. XD
I got banned by the Reddit admins shortly after joining the Mod Brigade of some small "right wing" subs. They were spin-offs of their main sub, which was very entertaining.
Allegedly I said something bannable about a 40 year-old anime character, BUT they wouldn't tell me what it was I actually said: just that it violated policies regarding underage persons.
I hate how reddit sometimes has those "Ask conservatives" threads posted by random curious people, and all the top replies are from anticonservatives who talk shit about conservatives. And no matter how far down I scroll, I can't find a single reply from a conservative, as if they all got deleted and banned.

And then your IP will get banned because of ban evasion if you have multiple accounts and forget which subreddits you’re banned from.

I'm not sure it will help as much with bans on subs as bans by the admins.
BTW, more recent ban messages by admins provide an appeal possibility for people who live in the EU.

I'm too lazy to change my IP :/
My IP is already banned also. I use iphone’s “hide my ip” to use reddit.
