Unfortunately this is just like a common "esports" pose...they get these nerds up in front of cameras and they don't know what to do, male/female/tranny whatever.

The players either do some throat cutting motion, stand with their arms crossed*, do the "shush" thing with their finger, or stand there and look like mongoloids like most of these they/thems.
