The illegals with fake ID, stolen SSNs, and a job that withholds only pay in temporarily. Then they walk into a tax prep business, claim a ton of dependents, and walk out with a "refund" check bigger than their annual withholding. Not to mention all the taxpayer-funded services they leech off of.
Then what extra cash they have left they wire back to their home country.
