Jon Del Arroz is a "dissident right" type author. I don't know too much about him, but he likes to stir up trouble and piss off the libs, so he has a horde of haters on his ass. This Anabel person is apparently a Spanish teacher, whose image it seems Jon used for an alt account and pseudonym, and who got notified of that by some of his haters.
Basically, she's irrelevant, and got caught up in this because (it seems) Jon was being a retard and for some reason used a real person's image to create a fictional author/Twitter account, and then she got contacted to be used against him. Unless something even weirder is going on. Unlikely, but a possibility. But, so far, it seems like Jon got caught red-handed being a bit of a weirdo.
He stirs up trouble with everyone just to pitch his books. Half-ass written garbage books. So far he's done it with comic creators and with video game culture critics. All so he can claim he's being cancelled and then tells everyone to buy his books. All of it in the same twitter thread.
