She's jpg posting with no source; I have no clue where she got the image with both "Daniella Acera" and "Jon Del Arroz" on the book cover, and she doesn't provide an explanation.

Because a bit of searching brought me to this, which is a much more compelling bit of evidence. Apparently Jon Del Arroz was caught in a livestream signed into the "Daniella Acera" Twitter account.
Now, I'm still not 100% positive it's true, but it seems a weird thing to fake. A bunch of the people making the accusation seem to hate his guts and be rather nasty people themselves, but unless the evidence is faked, that doesn't really matter.
