I used to live in Cairo and whenever my friends from stateside would come visit me, we'd have to warn all the women what to wear and how to act. I can see in this video that the woman is wearing shorts. Shorts are NOT okay for women to wear in Egypt. They're barely okay for MEN to wear in Egypt.
When you go to a foreign country, respect their customs! It's not that hard.
Tell that to the Muslims living in Europe. But even if you don´t go to a Muslim country, and you exercise your right to free speech within your borders, there is still the risk of your embassy abroad being burned down because you offended them for something that a nobody said or did in your country.
Why? The Muslims living in Europe are the scum the Arab states don't even want to have. That's why that scum lives in Europe as their home countries won't tolerate their behavior but Europe pays them for it. Just look at Egypt and how they deal with religious extremists and compare that with Europe.
It's less about "respecting their customs" so much as being street-smart and recognizing what kind of situation you could get yourself into, based on the location and environment.
IE, don't walk down a dark alley in a crime ridden city in the middle of the night unless you're damned sure you can defend yourself against an assailant. And, if you can help it, avoid living in that city to begin with.
