Epps was never charged with anything, since he was doing his job for the feds, so how is he relevant to any question on pardons?
Epps was charged and pled to a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct after the 60 minutes press tour failed to dispel the idea he was a fed
Ah, I see they gave him a year of probation, a bit over a year ago. Really threw the book at him. In any case, I'd rather see that misdemeanor removed from his record by a blanket pardon than see any innocents punished for January 6th.
