It's gonna be hilarious when Muskrat has convinced 90% of Americans to hate him right around the same time his electric car technologies have been surpassed or matched by Ford/GM/Dodge/Toyota/Mercedes/etc

Tesla's a big fish in a small pond. Other car manufacturers have given up on EVs as the memes they are.

However, Tesla's already been surpassed by BYD in the Asian market, and Musk has a vested interest in keeping Chinese EVs out of the US.
