Looks like the Swiss gov warned Sarco the old lady didn't meet the criteria for assisted suicide before she came and they would face consequences if they went ahead with it.
Sarco allegedly has contiguous security footage of the lady getting into the capsule and pressing the button and staying locked in there untouched until the authorities arrive. Which would be a wild claim to make if they didn't have anything like that. On the other hand the coroners report is still locked away without public release after 5 weeks, and the old lady had a chronic spinal infection in her neck so her neck would probably have looked abnormal regardless. Plus this is their first ever client, it is crazy that they wouldn't expect a high level of scrutiny and the doctor would immediately go to murder in the crudest form possible for no reason.
My gut says there's a good chance she was no more strangled than Floyd was and just like Floyd they found a coroner willing to be their stooge to make a sham report, and now they can punish Sarco with the process.
But I do think a government that can trump up murder charges out of thin air and Chauvin anyone they want for being on their bad side is an even more pertinent evil than the suicide merchants. And that's saying something.
they're already doing that to good people as-is, i have no qualms with them misapplying it to allies.
when we stop injustice as a whole (God willing...) we can then see about applying justice to these suicide pod people the proper way. 'til then, fighting to save them is just... well, fighting to save them. you won't stop Chauvins from happening by saying 'look how much injustice these satanists are facing'.
