You'd think so but, considering the rest of her comments, I think it's pretty safe to assume "country at large" is code for primarily "nonwhites," as well as "gays/trannies," and the like...precisely because she hates this country.

It is intersectional nationalism; where states are not made up of multiple ethnos that form a nation, but identity categories that form an intersectional nation. What makes it Democratic is that the state is the intersectional nation. The people are the state and the state are the people.
