You can be arrested just for making a woman "feel" unsafe. The police response is to remove the man by default. They can also withhold the reason for the arrest, leaving the man with no response but to blame the woman (often they are threatened with charges themselves if they don't turn their husband in.)
Maybe, then again, Styx isn't exactly the same kind of target that Crowder was. I must have missed it, but I guess he had a video a few days ago where he looked very drunk, so maybe alcohol played a part in whatever happened. I don't know, I'm going to wait until more information comes out before forming a complete opinion so I guess we'll see.
I saw it, it was the presidential debate, he looked drunk but if that's him drunk he seems more hansy than violent so this 'domestic battery' seems more for unwanted attention than anything violent.
Unlike Rakita, he hasn't shown any signs of a full breakdown.
