I must have missed it, but I guess he had a video a few days ago where he looked very drunk, so maybe alcohol played a part in whatever happened. I don't know, I'm going to wait until more information comes out before forming a complete opinion so I guess we'll see.
I saw it, it was the presidential debate, he looked drunk but if that's him drunk he seems more hansy than violent so this 'domestic battery' seems more for unwanted attention than anything violent.
