sounds like that neighbor is overdue for a night time visit from the rest of the neighborhood.
It's Canada, they're probably consoling him for surviving such a traumatic attack.

Even then it wouldn't really be a weapon. The charge would have to be different. Probably the same as if someone urinated on you.
