Not forever, it does stop stimulation while supplementing occurs, but that stoppage isn’t permanent.
No, not if you take sensible doses. And even if you don't it's not permanent.
I don't know, but I also don't think it stops it forever. Even braincells can regrow over long periods of time. It would probably restart after enough time.
