He deserved really what he got. If you read his actual words and everything after, he was knowingly playing with fire and not willing to learn his lesson on a lot of mistakes. He even came on KIA itself and tried to softball on Zoe still.
I have sympathy for him, I've suffered my BPD girl misery too. But if you don't take that misery to heart and come out of it willing to swing the bat, then you are a naive fool destined to be taken advantage of.
I don't know. On one hand, being a guy - and knowing firsthand how powerful that drive to seek out a girl is - I'm incredibly sympathetic. I've been married for a while now, but I still remember what it was like, so - I get it. On the other hand, we guys are also blessed with greater faculties of reasoning, and (especially) logic, and - at some point - it's totally on you if you're not making use of it.
This d00d had obviously fallen in love with his idea of what this particular woman was, and not what/who she actually was. She had (painfully) demonstrated the difference(s) to him many - many - times. It's just so crazy that he had seen how big of a piece of shit she actually was (not just to him, but to everyone), how big of a liar and a hypocrite she was (again - not just to him, but to everyone), many, many times, but he still couldn't convince himself that she wasn't a genuinely bad person for that long? WTF? It's not like she was super attractive or anything, either. She's was a pudgy girl with somewhat big b00bs, and a disgusting amount of tats.. Looks aren't everything, but I mention this because sometimes a guy's stupidity can make "sense" when you take into account that the reason they're making so many stupid decisions with regards to a particular girl is because he's allowing himself to be manipulated by her looks. I don't see how that can be the case here. Anyway...
Guys really need to get this concept into their heads: you have this powerful drive to seek out romance with a girl. We all know it exists. We all spend giant amounts of time building up this concept of what a great partner would be like. We base this on everything we've experienced, all sort of media we've consumed, games we've played, etc. Then we run into this potential partner, convince ourselves that she's exactly that ideal, and then proceed to allow our "drive" to render all our logic/reason inert, and it renders us extremely vulnerable to being easily manipulated.
People need to work a lot harder to see the women they're dating as they actually are, and not as this ideal that they're imagining them to be. I know it's hard, but it's on us to do that, and to not allow yourself to be so easily manipulated - all over the ideal that we're imagining we're dealing with.
Edit: One more time, because it is still so incredible to me. How in the FUCK was this woman, wit these looks able to manipulate so many guys into bending to her will, by fucking them? Seriously???
Was that how she looked in 2014? Either way, she literally did it again, with Alec Holowka (probably butchered the name) committing suicide because of her false accusation
But before he emptied the contents of Quinn’s private life into the gaping maw of a bloodthirsty Internet, back before he instigated the most vicious online backlash against feminism in a generation, there was a first date.
It's easy to forget how insane the reaction was from so-called journalists. The whole article is full of over the top descriptions like that.
This drama was new to me, and that man clearly deserved better.

It's a learning when to walk away maturity. It's important in life all around.
I agree, and that's why I offer him little sympathy. He clearly learned nothing and was willing to victimize himself again to avoid doing so.

The pic of her in red is from here, on The Observer, December 2014
The pic at the Bottom is from a Boston Magazine article dated April 2015.

My grandma said it best. There's a difference in believing, and wanting to believe. Some people take kindness for weakness.
