How will that work when the judges all went through the same anit-White indoctrination and had to pledge allegiance to the the gods of liberalism to get their degrees? And worse, whose peer group will look down on them if they treat you fairly.

I’ve seen some cases where people have won suits for policies like this. But there are a lot of corrupt judges. Rittenhouse would be in jail today if he didn’t have the judge that he did.

My other proposal is that if you allow this then someone can do a seminar specifically for Whites and Asians.

Fact of the matter is that few people have the entrepreneurial drive so trying to force things to serve “underrepresented” populations is absurd. I’d imagine that men tend to be more ambitious to begin with. Also, the U.S. is majority white so seeing a majority of white entrepreneurs shouldn’t be odd

Even Rittenhouse's judge was a cuck.

He'd scream about prosecutor malfeasance.

Then he'd calm down and let the bastards do exactly what they wanted unpunished anyway.

The Rittenhouse judge seemed like a nice guy, but in the end he was all bark & no bite.

The Assistant DA faggot knew exactly how to play him.

The prosecutor would fragrantly flout due process in the smarmiest of ways. The judge would catch him in the act then proceed to publicly scream at him while the DA would wait him out.

After the judge calmed down, he'd essentially rule everytime in the State's favor completely contradicting the constitutional violations he was just screaming about minutes before.

The narrative was that the Assistant DA was well experienced with the hothead judge & knew he could get away with all sorts of malfeasance if he acted first & asked for forgiveness later, taking his licks & waiting the tantrums out.

The laws are pretty universally on the books to criminalize much of this. It just takes effort and means to push it all the way.

Edit: "Just" is reductive. It takes a hell of a lot of effort and means. But it theoretically can be done.

Yea, I’ve seen some lawsuits against policies like this. Most recently I heard about a case where a high ranking hospital employee sued the hospital

And they're winning. They're hard fought, and the landmark case that really scares companies into reversing course hasn't come yet, but it's coming.
