Were they BORN with a dick or a pussy? There's your fucking answer.
And for the 0.00001 percent born with both, that's up to them and on which one works but we shouldn't make rules based on such a small minority to affect the majority.
Can verify. My best friend has a very rare condition called XX male syndrome, and while I haven't looked, he assures me he has a dick and uses the men's bathroom. It's still really weird.
I'd joke more about his condition, but it turns out that causes some pretty nasty stuff once you get into your 40s...
nah, it's all about the presence of a Y chromosome. people born with both parts are already extremely rare, and they're still biologically male because it comes from the Y chromosome. if you have a Y chromosome, and happen to have ladyparts, those ladyparts are eggless.
there's a lot of shit tier propaganda trying to claim:
scientific fraud about the population size of intersex... it's a LOT smaller than activists claim because intersex are naturally infertile, so they cannot pass on those genes. this leads to phonies and fraudsters claiming shit like imperfect genitals, like hypospadias (pee-hole being anywhere other than the end tip of your penis head) as intersex.
scientific fraud about genotyping vs phenotyping. not joking, there are NIH articles which claim the person has a Y chromosome (male genotyping), and male phenotyping, and yet they're still claiming the person is female or intersex. that's just definitionally false.
scientific fraud pushing "gender identity" to replace biological sex, which is absolutely absurd and anti-science. "gender identity" defined as a "social construct" is not at all grounded in science any more than the flying spaghetti monster.

Even the very few people who "have both" don't actually have both. One or the other is clearly the tall poppy, so to speak.

If you didn't know about his condition, would he basically just look like a normal dude?
For the most part, yes. Last I saw him, he had facial hair, but was considering shaving it off.
