Amazon Prime Video released a statement making clear that any similarities between the storyline and events in Pennsylvania were coincidental.

Kripke has explicitly and repeatedly said that the show is meant to draw parallels to the real world.

I watched a few clips out of curiosity. The Boys is easily the least subtle anti-conservative entertainment propaganda I’ve ever seen.
