If you were wondering how this even happened, it sounds like 1) they didn’t secure the nearest roof and 2) snipers scoped the target before he opened fire. So SS let it happen.
Fair questions. Plus a closer watching shows the rapid and significant repositioning of the counter sniper's weapon, maybe he didn't have shooter in his sights initially. Still, why the fuck was there an unmonitored rooftop 150 yds away?
Taking out a rifle and aiming it at Trump must have taken enough time to know, IMO.
It looks to me like he had him under sights and hesitated. Or waited. He's either too weak for his position or he's the worst case scenario for the SS.

I doubt he was able to reposition and fire accurately within 1-2 seconds.
