Trans Swimmer Lia Thomas Fails In Legal Challenge After Attempting To Keep Competing Against Biological Women
Lia Thomas, a 6-foot-1 swimmer who identifies as a transgender woman, lost a legal battle to overturn regulations that prevented participation in elite women's events after judges determined that Thomas lacked the necessary standing.
This is one of those glass half full/glass half empty situations. The only good thing about the tranny movement is its invasion of women's spaces, so in that sense it's a shame that he lost. But pointing out the lies that troonery is based on is always a good thing.
Women suck, I get that, but men pretending to be women has been a far worse experience at least for me
The fake woman problem won't end until real women are inconvenienced by it. Besides, helping TERFs just leads to a knife in the back. The trannies have done more to undermine Title IX in half a decade than the MRAs have in half a century.
I never really saw MRAs care much about the sports aspect of Title IX- the equal funding is kind of dumb when men's NCAA is huge and popular but our concerns were centered on using it to justify lack of due process for sexual assault.
Eh, I'll go against the hive mind here and say the opposite has been true for me. Troons might as well not exist in my day to day life but insufferable girl boss feminists are everywhere. Id much rather see the latter lose.
Bigger eye sore, that's for sure. :')
I'm fully in support of Mr. Thomas. Without this being accelerated we're going to be bled dry. Revenge for all the men's teams that were unceremoniously eliminated as the sacrifice for title lX.
So what now? If the TERFs won, it's back to oldschool man-hating feminism. Real conservative victory right there.
I can't wait for 20 years from now when conservatives are celebrating exactly what they claim to hate now

Well, at least they'll be able to keep practising in that river of tears shed by the Pride community for them this month.
Lol.

Clown world that this even had to be fought over in a court of law.
