Cartels are actually heavily involved in Mexican politics, but I'd venture a guess the jews are on the government side. At least that's what I learned from TV. IOW I do not that cartels are controlled by "the jews" but rather "the especially brown Mexicans." But the government in Mexico city may well be. I don't know for sure; that's just the pattern I see elsewhere.
