That, ladies and gentlemen, is what we call projection. Easy to overlook unless you recognise what is being bundled in freely.
In this case the translator is displaying that they would have further control over the content they didn't create, and are responsible for altering to another language and culture, but they have their hands and biases tied by their pie hole wanting to have food, their body a bed and their arse a toilet.
The concept of sex is beyond them, which is why they are comfortable calling others "Incels" while hiding behind the veneer of "Non-binary" as a shield for the same meaning.
It’s not the biggest change, but it is kind of hilarious that they tried countering the idea of a silent woman by also pointing out that she is also still strong.
Of course, it really just makes her sound mannish, because that’s what “strong, silent type” means—a big, quiet man with a lot of presence. It’s funny, because this scenario of “what if you accidentally stumble into the wrong idiom” is exactly what the argument in favor of “localization” is, but the “professionals” are the ones that committed the error.
If I'm being generous, I could interpret that "backseat bosses" line as a swipe at his naggy hag advisor, Kammy Koopa.
