Ironically, and sadly, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy, too. One of the things some people resent most about the Jews is that they have that deflection from criticism in the first place. From purely a free speech angle, it can get very annoying.
When it comes to talking about uncomfortable racial or religious topics, talking about Jews makes talking about, for example, blacks or Muslims, look downright easy. Even if they think it's due to poverty, or Muh Imperialism, or slavery, or what have you, you can at least even get some progressives to admit there are problems when they're being honest. But even the word "Jew" just shuts down discussion, no matter what power some Jews are obviously wielding, or what the "Jewish State of Israel" (weird how it's always so specific when mentioned positively, but you can't criticize them) may be doing at the time.
Just as I'm in favor of being able to talk about anything else, the same holds true here. It's not about being "anti-Jew," it's about being for free speech. But, no, even the most basic, non-hateful statement can get you branded an "antisemite."
But even the word "Jew" just shuts down discussion
"That man is a black man." "Yes, yes he is."
"That man is a White man." "Yes, yes he is."
"That man is an Asian man." "Yes, yes he is."
"That man is a hispanic man." "Yes, yes he is."
"That man is a Jew." "WHY DO YOU BRING THAT UP? WHY DOES THAT MATTER? WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?"
"Jew" is also one of those funny words where you can say "he's Jewish" and it's fine, but "he's a Jew" seems to come off as almost accusatory. I don't get the same feeling at all from saying "he's Muslim/ a Muslim" or "he's Christian/ a Christian."
“The Jew is immunized against all dangers: One may call him a scoundrel, parasite, swindler, profiteer, it all runs off him like water off a raincoat. But call him a Jew and you will be astonished at how he recoils, how injured he is, how he suddenly shrinks back: "I’ve been found out".”
Always Sunny coined the phrase “hard J” to describe this phenomenon. Anyone born and raised inside of our (decidedly Jewish) control grid has experienced the distinct anxious feeling that washes over you when referring to someone as “a Jew”. This happens regardless of context. Someone from China can say the exact same thing without reacting internally like a beaten dog.
Leftist anti zionists will complain about israelis doing war crimes but they don't dare to outright name them as jews, yet by saying israeli instead of jewish , implies that they are lumping in the non jewish citizens in israel like Arabs (who live in israel's apartheid system which favors jewish citizens above any other citizen ) and also blaming them for jewish crimes even though zionism is purely jewish supremacist ideology.
Leftists censoring themselves so they never say anything about jews is actually being racist towards the minority groups in israel for lumping them in with jewish supremacist(zionist) crimes
If you start with the premise that all cultures and peoples are essentially the same, then you cannot speak about patterns of behavior inherent to cultures and peoples without committing the offense of racism. Cultural relativism and tabula rasa in action. These are foundational beliefs for the left.
Ostensibly. Whites are exempted, of course.
Simultaneously, the left believes that every (non-white) culture and people offer unique viewpoints and even proclivities that necessarily contribute only positive things to society. So every culture is the same, but also different, but also equally valid. The sum of these mutually exclusive beliefs is beyond incoherent. It’s codified cognitive dissonance.
If we could speak freely about patterns of behavior per demographic, I would maybe notice that whites have been uniquely inculcated with a dysgenic out-group bias that should prevent anyone from treating them like a monolith, and yet they are the one racial demographic that you are encouraged to treat as such.
Jews, on the other hand, are the most openly tribal demographic in the world. They are not shy in disclosing this, though you somehow become evil simply by agreeing with them. They justify this hostile behavior as required solidarity in light of past events, and this justification remains unassailable even as we approach almost a century since those events.
(What is the expiration date on a free pass to do whatever you want because your ancestors suffered hardship, btw?)
So you are not permitted to generalize the behavior of the most predictably tribal and brazenly self-interested demographic on the planet, but you are encouraged to generalize a racial demo that has been successfully fractured to the point that they are accused of having no culture at all.

How's it going Goebbels? Up in time to spew more propaganda?

It’s incoherence and hypocrisy, all the way down.
