Dindu feeling remorse? Unlikely. More likely that her boyfriend/friendzoned friend with "diverse" talents came upon the scene and decided tat 12.999% was enough.
I remember this exact case since I was interested in Okinawa a while ago. That the US government is defending this utter scum is not something that I can ever understand. I have not checked out how it is nowadays in Okinawa but I hope they have at least some more backbone to fight against the military bases being on the island.
