But I found data that the rate of lynchings by race back in 1800s in Oklahoma was almost exactly the same proportion to demographics as today's murder rate. It's also about 5x in England and Germany.
Basically, looks the same everywhere and since forever. And not due to slavery or culture. I wonder what it could be??
